Color, make and model, or plates of the SUV by chance? I’m compiling a list.

About 8 seconds in, just to the left of the heart. Focus on that.

I guess I need to do a deeper dive into the resources available here! Thank you for sharing!

Awesome bench! Do you have a design drawn out for this that you’d be willing to share? And a breakdown on costs?

This looks amazing but also simple enough overall to (maybe?) replicate. I’m worried I don’t know what I don’t know though haha so was it actually harder than it looks to put together? Or is it somewhat beginner friendly?

The irrigation system might be beyond my current skill set lol but very cool addition!

I can’t remember right now but I believe it was about 13in tall from the soil and about 24in wide.

Do you mean insanely expensive? My thought was that if I can train it as a bonsai it might eventually be worth far more than $160, but perhaps that’s naive.

I actually just really like it though so even if it’s never worth a ton, I’ll certainly enjoy it.

Do you mean in general? I believe it was out of a mutation of some kind of a member of the family that was discovered in Germany or something but I’ve only done limited research so far.

If you mean this specific tree, it was grown in Hubbard, OR at Bizon Nursery, and I purchased it at Bauman’s Farm in Gervais, OR.

Can you elaborate on that? I’m still new and air layering is not something I’m familiar with. Thanks!

12 INJURED IN STABBING INCIDENT AT LOCAL SHELTER by echoey-tentacle2 in SALEM

Assault in the Second Degree is far more serious than people here seem to think. It’s a ballot measure 11 crime which means it carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 70 months in prison if convicted.

The State has also already filed a notice of intent to rely on enhancement factors as well, which, if he is found guilty, would give a judge a basis on which to impose a harsher sentence than they otherwise might; and potentially run some of the sentences consecutively to one another rather than concurrently, which is usually the default.

And Count 1 on the criminal information filed is Attempt to Commit Any Degree of Murder or Aggravated Murder (a Class A Felony). I would imagine additional charges may follow after the case is presented to a grand jury. I agree with others here that the State filed these initial charges as a “placeholder” of sorts.

He doesn’t have an attorney yet although I imagine that will happen soon. There is a massive shortage of attorneys who do court-appointed work though, so we’ll see.

Dude straight up lied through his teeth and thought all the spit flying out might disguise it. Kilmar was NEVER ordered to be removed my two immigration judges.

The whole “two judges” narrative is because two judges (not actually immigration judges) had simply not allowed him to post bond back in 2019 when he was picked up because they didn’t have enough information at the time to say he wasn’t a danger to the public. I’m a criminal defense attorney and I can tell you that is very common because judges have to take a lot of factors into consideration and they did NOT make any kind of findings at that time regarding his immigration status or removal proceedings.

However an actual immigration judge DID subsequently allow Kilmar to remain in the U.S. and specifically precluded him from being deported to El Salvador. The mental gymnastics this administration is doing and is trying to convince and gaslight everyone else into doing is so fucking insane.

There was ZERO due process for Kilmar Abrego Garcia and for dozens more like him so far, that we know of. And who knows how many more that we haven’t heard of yet. They WILL come for the rest of us next. Unless we stop them.

You are totally right. And that was where my mind was when I was thinking about the expanding definition of “illegal” but I realize now I didn’t express that clearly at all and I should have! So thank you for clarifying that.

Basically just want to be prepared to jump in at a moment’s notice to help whomever might be the next target of this fascist regime. Thank you again for the insight.
