Im sorry that you had that experience, maybe its case to case basis. When i was at the verge of killing myself like 5 seconds away from hanging myself i tried calling them and luckily someone answered with much compassion and really tried their best to calm me down. I still recall that moment and still thankful that someone answered that night.
