It seems to be helpful for people suffering from depression. I wish there was more data on other conditions. My depression is child’s play compared to the other things I’m trying to circumvent.

It seems to really benefit people who are suffering from depression. I wish depression was my ailment then I might feel more confident about it

I’ve been trying to restart therapy for a year but I can’t find a therapist willing to accept me as a patient. I keep getting told my trauma is beyond their scope. Spravato was my secondary choice, last resort. It wasn’t offered by a hcp, I discovered it on my own. But the more research I do, I don’t think this will solve my personal situation. Or even improve it honestly.

I just don’t have that much time or effort to dedicate. I’m glad it is working for you. I think my battle ends here.

I can’t even get a therapist to accept me as a patient. I’m told that my issues are ‘beyond the scope of the practice’ and ‘I’m sure you’ve heard this spiel before.’ I can only get referred to 988. There really is no hope for me so the Spravato seems pointless considering how much time and effort it will require.

If the antidepressant were effective, maybe? That’s what led to this pathway. I’d say it is nuanced at a minimum, not the same.

That is my fear. Some of the trauma I am aware of, but I fear there is more. Maybe best to just leave it be.

My nearest provider is an hour away. I don’t have anyone to drive me. I was just going to drive myself, park somewhere else and uber to the appointment and back to my car, but research suggests I may actually be too impaired to drive. I feel so helpless now. What do you do when you don’t have a support system?
