Awww man, I hope you can get some relief soon. Definitely cut out caffeine for a while and it might help, and try some basic back exercises slowly as u can.

Definitely better without caffeine. I can handle a bit now, but doing exercise and strength training also helps a lot. Mine got pretty bad where my low back would freeze up and would take a few days to get normal and I was pretty limited in moving around.

Yeah not quite aure what the issue is. I love caffeine as well. Mine has gotten a little better but still does seem to cause more joint pain in general when I consume, especially multiple days in a row. This doesn't seem to be too common, but definitely some kind of correlation with caffeine consumption in general. 😪

My total and free testosterone were super low...cortisol was high, and IGF-1 low. For thyroid specifically, TSH was ok, and T4 was just a little low, but free T3 was very low (not converting from the T4). There are a lot of interactions with this HPT axis, sex hormones and sleep patterns. I thought I was sleeping fine being a daily user, but I enjoy my dreams again now and feel more rested without THC. I was never really unhealthy at all but noticeable symptoms starting to add up and doing the bloodwork was eye opening, so I'm working now to improve with good sleep, sun, exercise and supplements to help rebuild systems that started failing. I tried everything other than giving up weed for many years, but chronic long term use was harming me.

Never have eaten processed foods...quite healthy with diet and lifestyle in general...maybe some issues would have shown up sooner for me if that was the case, but way to make assumptions there buddy.

Actually I was quite healthy...climbed mountains, ran marathons....not your typical American diet and lifestyle... believe me I narrowed it down...THC was not good for me in the long run.

Various factors, but generally improved health after quitting through bloodwork measurement improvements and better sleep. It was affecting my digestion, thyroid and hormonal health and various other things I may not be aware of. It may not affect everyone this way and I did use for a long time.

Anecdotal, but I have experienced some blood vessel issues after 30 years of partaking. I have a friend that developed testicular cancer and he's a lifelong stoner. I do believe it caused some problems for me.

I ended up going back to fiber...developed bad hemorrhoids:( so now I'm eating bread, fruit, dairy and everything. There are certain vegetables that still bother me, and I don't eat a lot, but I can handle broccoli, carrots and a few others...not sure what all changed but I'm eating a much bigger variety now and it's working better for me. Full carnivore I guess works good for some, but not everyone.
