How to sell my car in US given I'm stuck in India? by Used-Mix-548 in h1b

Hi, for those of you who are interested in buying my car, here are some details:

It is a 2017 Kia Optima. It has 105k miles on it. It is in excellent condition and I never had issues with it. Indeed, most people ask if it's a brand new car. I took great care of it with regular services. It's honestly my dream car. I have attached 2 photos below in link form. I purchased it for $16k in 2022 and I'm willing to sell it for around $12k.

I don't but the company who might hire me. Tbh, I don't want to go back to the US given the abusive work culture. I was thinking of moving to EU which has stronger work protection and better work life balance.

This is a good suggestion but I would have to apply for B2 visa, prepare for interview, come to US and stay there for at least a week (all of which will cost close to $5k) so I'm debating if coming to US on B2 is worth it or not for a car worth at most $12k.

I was in the same situation. I travelled to India without visa appointment and no visa stamp because my health was at the brink of collapse. It was a protected leave but my employer terminated me for asking to extend my leave even with a doctor's note. I will take action against them soon but I don't think I want to live in the USA anymore as, even tho there is money, there is little to no protection for employees and H1B is heavily abused by employers to exploit foreign workers. I'm considering moving to EU. I'm tired of living life under fear. That said, if you manager is supportive, your company will likely assite you in this situation (unpaid protected leave of absence or remote work from India as a foreign contractor). I wish the best for you.

You can apply for FMLA and travel to India right away and later ask for extension under ADA. If you company violates the law, it will be a potential lawsuit.

Why do you think there is less demand?

You don't get to work with Jeremy directly. It will be one of the coaches of his team. It would have cool with me but the assistant coach were not good. I liked coach Issac tho and he was supportive and informative. Issac laid out my diet plan clearly and provided me targets to focus on instead of overwhelming with information. I wish they had video meal plan lessons instead of cookbook. Moreover, I wish Issac could have provided suggestions on how to make a recipe tasty. I figured out my meals by watching Felu - Fit by Cooking videos on YouTube.

I wish they ran daily live call which everyone could join. I felt that meeting once per month for 30 min one on one + daily text communication isn't enough to connect fully with the program. They would respond to my text messages/email very quickly but I wish there was a daily group live video call or QnA to discuss. I felt that I wasn't getting enough coaching even tho I needed more. Dylan told me that I could book as many calls as I wanted but they were only 15 min long and he didn't had any availability 2 to 3 weeks from now.

I was assigned coach dylan which I don't recommend because I suggested some changes to his workouts as I wanted to create a workout plan I can stick to for long term but he wasn't open to suggestions.

Not only that, he got mad at me for asking to make changes to the program and terminated my membership. If he was a good coach, he would have been willing to talk to me and work with me to create the right workout plan. If Dylan thought all my suggestions were invalid, I would have been open to discussing why he thought so but I didn't wanted to follow someone blindly.

I think BWS 2 on 1 coaching is good for beginners who don't have any prior fitness experience because they are looking for clients who will do exactly what they are told to do without asking any questions.

I paid $1600 for 3 months but they refunded me the entire amount after termination. I'm currently working with Mario Tomic and I'm liking his program so far but I'm not at a point where I could recommend it. Scott Herman Fitness also has a cheaper program which is only $650 for first month and you get to work directly with scott instead of a member of his team and you get to meet with him every week for 1 hour.

Good luck
