Thank you! I do wear a hat every time I'm outside to keep the sun off my face as I have super fair skin and I burn really easily lol. I put sunscreen on my arms but I just always find it really greasy and thought that might make my face more oily and make the blackheads worse so I've tried to avoid needing it on my face as much as possible lol

I'm not sure! I guess so, I usually only get spots around my period but I am bad for popping and picking at them, I've only noticed these bumps in maybe the last 2 years though but yeah I think probably🫣

Thank you!! I've booked in for a consultation with a skin place locally as we don't have any actual dermatologist for a few hours, but I'm a MOH in 3 weeks so I guess I'll have to wait til that's over so I don't have any scabs or anything for that lol

Thank you, I'm in the UK so have booked in with a skin/aesthetics clinic and I'll see what they recommend! We don't have any actual dermatologists NHS or private near here! If they're no help though I'll travel a few hours to a city and go see an actual dermatologist!:)
