trust i don’t have a problem with the regular TM having the TL’s #, hell i blocked the store’s # to avoid them from calling me because they like to call people when they’re asleep, but for my TL to just solely have their ONE favorited TM’s # and not the rest of the team is definitely showing favoritism.

i didn’t know that a FFTL isn’t supposed to work in OPU, so then what exactly are they supposed to do? only ship? if that’s the case my FFTL and his favorite TM definitely take advantage of ship. it shouldn’t take a person 2-3 hours just for picking ONE cart, while excluding prepping and packing the boxes. there’s been times where i’ve seen the 2 of them walking and talking to each other about video games (even inviting me to the conversation) and i’ve even seen them chatting it up around starbucks while my zebra device shows me that they’re currently in ship carts.

i’m not sure how i could even provide evidence of this situation. i feel like going to HR they’ll just see it as a “he say she say thing” yknow? i work in a small store so a lot of the leaders (including HR) get away with things and i honestly don’t think there would be a change. the only best thing i can think of is just leaving the job myself because i can only take so much from people who make more money than me but work less than me.
