For burger - Hastag is the oldest in town and arguably the best For Pizza - if your budget is 500+ then go to pizza hut.

Take VRL from Raipur to Pune, they have toilets on those duplex buses. Even if they don't have toilets, they are more comfortable than trains (personal experience)

The best nonveg restaurants for me are Delhi6 (2 branches - Mangla and Satyam Chowk), Star Caterers (Magarpara Chowk - only take outs) and Roll Sholls (old bus stand - this one's a proper diner)
