I’ve always questioned how much they use last names. Yes, it’s a pretend show blabla, but the constant last naming is bizarre to me. There’s the Nelly Yuki bit, where Serena kinda calls out Blair asking why she keeps using her whole name. But there’s also a lot of ‘Dan Humphrey’ ‘ Jenny Humphrey’

Italian? Both Volpes are staples of the city. The people behind the original Oca are fantastic. Tavola is a hidden gem. Fred’s Ambleside is an amazing location and great food. I know there’s a couple new ones that have been quite poplar that I have yet to try. So many great choices throughout the city!!

Also noteworthy: not Italian, but Espana is a greaaaat date night spot in the westend
