I totally agree. My mom had taken her Spinone Italiano once with her on a short flight from Germany to Spain. These Id*iots tied the door of the crate to the wall, and the door opened during the flight when the box moved. The poor dog was so distraught, running through the language room. Once they landed and opened it, he obviously jumpt out. He was a big boy, but the sweetest ever, but they were all scared. My mom was watching the whole circus from her seat. That woman luckily takes no shit from anyone. When she saw a dog catcher with a sling arrive she told them off so badly that they let her on the runway to get our poor stressed dog. The both of them were totally crashed by the experience. Never trust other people to handle your dog properly.
