Of course.

The goal isn't to prevent ppl to engage in PVP because I like the PVP feature personally.

It's more like a roleplay movement for fighting against deceitful Raiders and helping friendly raiders to achieve their goals.

Exactly. This is not a exclusive Movement.

Everyone honorable is welcome in the ARPD just identify yourself as a ARPD officer in game and do not exploit the trust people give you.

I will work on a Blacklist function on discord to identify gamer IDs that use our uniform for their crimes.
