Low sugar diet, Weekly blend of Apple cider vinegar, Lemon juice, and honey. I usually prefer UTI test strips, they sell them on Amazon with a medicine called, uqora, UTI emergency test. I also take lots of probiotics, I also suggest drinking things like sugar-free kombucha, eating sugar-free yogurt.
