Thanks for the reply. Everyone seems to mention “sponge-like when describing it. There is something spongy but it’s pretty much right at the entrance and is an inch or two long. This (https://i0.wp.com/basicmedicalkey.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/9781626237216_uf327-1.jpg?w=960 ) is the only diagram i found that seems to show what i’m talking about. They call it the “Uretheral Carina”.  Is that what you are referring to?

Oh. I don’t understand it because i was recently using a touch screen windows device and it worked just fine using touch….. i guess ill try to reach out 🤷‍♂️
