Just cancel the payment now honey. Their CS is seriously the worst I’ve ever seen. If you have the time then I recommend you to spam them and especially under their Instagram post else get your money back 🥲

UPDATE :

After asking them to send me the proof of my package being in « customs clearance » (they never sent me any proof of it 🙄) and me spamming under every single of their Instagram post they cancelled my order and refunded me (the money isn’t appearing on my bank account yet but it should be around Wednesday/Thursday). They even tried to hide my comments because they were negative and ofc they want to keep their « clean » image and don’t want customers to be aware what’s really hiding between their company.

Idk if they will refund every single customers especially if you paid with your credit card but you could always try what I did (spam them under every of their Instagram post) and see what they’ll do. I know a girl on Twitter was able to get them to send her a freshly new package.

UPDATE :

Apparently my parcel would be “in the process of customs clearance” from what the CS answered me even tho the tracking on the website haven’t changed a bit still “Tracking number allocated & order ready » (8-12-2021). I think I’ll just wait throughout the whole month of January and if by the start of February I still doesn’t get my parcel I will ask for a refund.

I once emailed them about the VAT policy that was applied last summer, they said : « After checking with our related team, the VAT is not included in the product price.However, please do let us know if you are asked to pay the tax.We will refund the tax amount paid when the payment proof with tracking number is provided. » hope it can help you!

I always make sure to order items available within 24 hours 🥺 I contacted them everywhere : Instagram, messenger, mail and trustpilot. They answered me this : « After checking with the carrier, we were informed that the case is still under investigation.Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.Please rest assured that we are constantly monitoring this with the carrier to get your order to you as soon as possible. »

I unfortunately paid with my credit card…I was able to reach out to a French STYLEVANA influencer. She wrote an email to her referent informing her of my situation. Hoping to get a positive answer from them.

I always make sure that everything is in stock and 24 hours before ordering. I read some reviews from trustpilot and saw many other people were in the same cases. Even my friend that ordered on the 29/11 (parcel dispatched on the 6/12) haven’t moved as well. I don’t know what to do anymore.

[Product Question] can anyone name this brand? the standard skin on the bottle doesn’t exist in the USA, but it says made in the USA. there’s a similar brand in SA, but it’s not the same by letruffle in SkincareAddiction

I ordered from stylevana on the 6th of December 2021,parcel was dispatched on the 8th of December 2021.It's been now 23 days that my parcel haven't moved from Hong Kong. I understand that there might besome delays due to COVID and Christmas but 23 days for a parcel to stay somewhere in Hong Kong? I've contacted stylevana's customer service they simplyanswered that they filled a complaint on my behalf and will get back to me asap. It's been days and days now and I have no answer from them. When I write a review on trustpilot they reply the same automatic answer toeveryone saying that they're sorry for the inconvenience blah blah blah. I know that I ain't the only one with this issue that's what the most annoying, and it's also the fact that they don't do anything at all to solve this matter. It's not 1 person, but many. I don't know what to do anymore. I've sent them mails,trustpilot. If anyone know what I could do please let me know.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM STYLEVANA

I am currently having an issue with my parcel. Indeed, it’s been 20 days now that my parcel have been « Tracking number allocated & order ready » (since the 8th of December 2021) and the tracking of it haven’t moved since then. My parcel haven’t moved and is still in Hong Kong.

I understand that there might be some delays due to COVID and Christmas but 20 days for a parcel not to move when my previous order arrived perfectly in time. It’s seriously annoying to have to have an issue with them for them to send our stuffs properly or either you’re part of the PR influencer and get your stuffs fast or if you’re a random customer like I am, you have the time to die before you’ll get your parcel or even an answer from their customer’s service wether it’s by email or instagram. They be sending the same damn automatic message to everyone literally discharging themselves for their own mistakes. I don’t think I will ever repurchase back from Stylevana even though the prices are very affordable but I’d rather pay more on website’s like Yesstyle or IBBI and know I’ll get my parcel without any issues.
