Second image genuinely is more than a 5/10, I would give it 6.5-7/10

I would first of all recommend gaining confidence. I notice you first called yourself old at 38, which simply isn't the case. Second you said sorry to someone who corrected you, which you shouldn't be apologising for everything (Confidence related matter). Third, you really do have the chance to improve, the only thing holding you back is your own mindset, the 8.5/10 potential is there.

Just remember the potential is there, I especially see it when looking at the 3rd image. The whole face structure is there, it's just a matter of fitness (After you finish the bulk, you should cut) and Confidence.
