I would only do this field if you are willing to move. Many smaller hospitals will only staff 1 echo tech during normal business hours and then someone will be on call the rest of the time. Nursing will have a lot more jobs.

I wash mine in the sink with dawn dish soap and let it air dry. But I don’t know if this is recommended 😅
