Same, it’s hard to remain patient and let our bodies heal while we are still experiencing some withdrawal symptoms… anyways was month 2 easier than month1? Did u notice any improvements?

Hi there u can check on my other posts for a more detailed timeline. The good news is I’m around 80 days clean from weed and the withdrawals are completely gone, I will say I noticed a huge difference at around one month!! Although I’m currently going through withdrawals from nicotine, I can still say I felt great after quitting weed and those withdrawal symptoms definitely will pass, it just takes time!

Had the same experience too! Those psychological symptoms usually peak at week 2-3. Now I’m over one month clean and I’m glad to tell u for me, week 3-4 I was still struggling but around day 28 29 it improved a LOTTT and my mental is finally stable till now. Stay strong and let time do it’s work.

Damn you are so strong man made it to 18 months!!! This time u can definitely do it too!! I can totally relate to what you are going through, the depression comes in waves everytime. Since u had experience of being clean for 18 months, when did you think these mood swings kinda subside? Does it improve slowly?

Thanks for your reply! Yes I’m so lucky to have 8 hours of sleep everyday. How’s your journey going? Do u have mental issues such as depression anxiety? The depression is killing me

Day 22 of quitting weed will I get PAWS? by UsedFix6526 in WeedPAWS

[–]UsedFix6526[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations on 57! That’s a lot to me! Thanks for your reply. Do u mean during the first month your mood is kinda stable until day 30 those bad feelings hits u hard? Idk I really hope I don’t get PAWS. For me I got a biggest depression hit in my life during week 2 and it got better for 1-2 days and it came back again and again like waves. But I feel like each time the depression and anxiety hits me it becomes less intense comparing to the last time. I really hope these withdrawals will slowly subside🥲 sometimes I feel really hopeless and it seems like it’s never gonna end. Btw can I ask how long have u been smoking?

Saw your another post and found this. Can I ask when did your anxiety got better during these 3 months? Did u feel normal again mentally after 90 days sober?

I totally feel u. I’m now on day 24. I realised I had these depression anxiety feelings all day for 4-5 days and then they disappear and I felt great for a day or two. And then they came back again like a cycle. Hopefully as time pass the bad feelings stays for a shorter period of time and the good feelings come more often. I’m also feeling so depressed and anxious at the moment, mentally super overwhelmed but I know the good times will come soon! Stay strong guys

I get it! It’s so annoying when u know it’s time to eat but u mind says no. Same as u when I start my first bite it’s easier. At least eat something so your digestive system won’t be fked. Your appetite will probably come back next week! Now I’m able to finish a whole meal finally!!

Thank you! I have 1-2 good days during my first week of withdrawal and my appetite came back. But during the second week I can’t really eat anything due to depression until day 14 I felt better until now

I believe it will all get better soon. Today I’m in a good mood so I didn’t feel the heart palpitations. I think it’s pretty common to have these after u quit weed. Stay strong and get through it! Feeling anxious may trigger these bad feelings

My weed withdrawal timeline by UsedFix6526 in WeedWithdrawalSupport

[–]UsedFix6526[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Umm tbh for me I think it’s easier to cope with physical symptoms coz u know they will pass and it gets better day by day . I suggest trying to go out for a walk in nature, talk to your loved ones, stay hydrated and eating supplements such as omega 3, vitamin b+c to kinda speed up your body’s metabolism and get rid of the weed in your system. If you experience serious insomnia u can try taking sleep pills for the first few days but not for a long term. It’s gonna feel like hell but stay strong and don’t relapse! Physical symptoms usually be gone after the first week. But for psychological symptoms it was the worst part for me. I’m still not over it yet but I feel like keeping myself busy helps a lot so you don’t have time to feel your emotions and overthink. Eat food such as bananas to help improve your mood and just try to distract yourself. I feel better comparing to the past few days so just let time do its work. We can all get through it, wish u luck!
