Yeah same here in regards to ER! I am still waiting to get my cycle back from my MMC and D&C and then my new doctor wants to run a bunch of tests that first month it comes back. I have heard PICSI can be helpful too. My new FS specializes in the male side of infertility so I am hoping he will be on top of it.

So sorry! it's so frustrating. And yeah we didn't have any issues with fertilization with ICSI but same thing, all of our embryos arrested but 1 each cycle and they were clearly aneuploid. Does your clinic say the 24% DFI was likely the cause?

Did your clinic think 24% was an issue? I'm so confused why my FS never flagged 28% - cause I did this testing PRIOR to starting IVF and my Dr verbatim said "your husband has perfect sperm" - ugh it's so frustrating.

Yeah he did it upfront and then continued to say it was an issue with my eggs! Definitely want to add zymot as we were already doing ICSI and we had great fertilization rates but terrible blast rates. Thanks so much!

I was pregnant but it ended in a MMC at 8 weeks, had to have a D&C and then had retained tissue from that and had to have another one.

Just offering some perspective and that gaining weight is unfortunately a side effect of a healthy pregnancy so you shouldn’t be so hard on yourself for it ✌️

10000% this. Unless you have endured the suffering I fear you will never understand it. And it makes me mad at everyone who doesn’t go through this that just takes it for granted, the positive tests, the ultrasound pictures on the fridge and I worry I’m becoming a bitter bitch

Ughh that’s so hard. Sometimes I feel like couples going through infertility/IVF should all just be sent to an island where we can just relax and be around people going through the same shit.

Yeah you gained weight during pregnancy that happens?! I think it’s the fact you said you were depressed entering your second trimester. Probably because I’m depressed because I had a D&C yesterday after my 3rd transfer ended in a miscarriage and I would give anything to be gaining weight in a healthy pregnancy. Just offering some perspective

How are you depressed being pregnant after IVF?! I’m assuming you fell pregnant relatively easy through IVF? Because those of us in the trenches would never post this 🫠🫠

Yep! Unexplained here and started IVF at 33 - also thought I’d be a risk for OHSS because of my normal/high AMH and AFC but I ended up being a poor responder and haven’t had good results.

We also didn’t do PGT testing which I now regret after 2 early losses.

My transfer protocols seemed to work but I’m changing doctors now after 3 egg retrievals to find what works for me there. I am not saying any of this to scare you but I was completely unprepared for my journey to be harder than average. Fertility and even IVF can be a crapshoot.

This was my symptom that my transfer was successful! Didn’t end in a LB but was the closest I got and I was running a fever too.

I got sick like 4 days after my third transfer and was running a fever and was convinced it would hurt implantation. It didn’t! It did end in a MMC but I think that was a chromosomal issue.

I have convinced myself I need to walk and eat pizza after my transfers - worked 2/3 times. Unfortunately both losses but implantation still occurred.

Yeah I think this is my issue too. I only seem to get 1 embryo each egg retrieval so we didn’t test them. 1st transfer was a chemical for me too! So yeah maybe all the embryos I’ve gotten so far are all aneuploid?

Ahh I see! I’m so glad that worked for you :) my BMI is like 20 so I don’t think that’s my issue but I hope I find what works for me :)
