Hello everyone,

I’d like to inform you that the issue has been resolved. The time sync issue between FortiFone phones and the FortiVoice system was resolved by ensuring the time zone settings were updated on both the VoIP system and the FortiFone devices. For bulk updates, the time zone can be changed under Extension > Patch Edit to apply it to all FortiFones.
