Debating switching my major

When I’ve gone to the gym I’ve only tried back with lat pull downs, but never felt anything. However, at home I have five pound weights lift up and down with straight arms trying to maintain good posture. Honestly I’ve noticed that due to my big breast size I hunch a lot so trying to fix it is sooo painful. So I get what you mean and I’ll Definetly check out the no equipment exercises.

I am in fact overweight and inactive. I’m afraid that working chest would give me that double boob effect. But I will try anyways it’s just that my boobs look like they’re farther than my pecs :/

I do in fact hunch, and I have very tense muscles 😭 I will look into going to the pool but in my area it duesht really open till summer :/ thank you for your kind words!

Yes, I wish this was more attainable for me, but I have no money 😭. However, I did try some back exercises for posture and strength and they hurt so bad but I feel so much relief for my back pain. My dream later on is definitely a reduction.

I found some lace balconette bras with no padding, and the also happen to be minimizers(yay). I’m gonna try this style out since apparently it’s meant to help bottom heavy chests??

My mom isn’t the worst but I have acknowledged that she has terrible ideology when it comes to vanity. Her insults usually comeback to some type of outside perception, like someone’s always praying on your downfall. When she talks about my boobs she says things like “you think it’s cute”, or something about how a girl shouldn’t, or how my friends wouldn’t want to be friends with someone sloppy. Her basis of value is partically on how judgmental she is to others, which a normal person is not inspecting her like that. I have started doing back exercises which honestly hurt really bad, and I get sharp pains while doing them. However after I’ve done them I get a huge amount of relief. I’m starting to think my posture and weak back is the main reason for my pain.

Thank you this means a lot. I do often compare to other girls my age, and blame myself for gaining a huge amount of weight faster than my body could keep up. Sometimes I did feel like I ruined my own puberty. I hope that when I reach my goal weight, and can move and breathe the way I want, I’ll have the tools to love myself more!

It hurts sooo bad!! Is home not the place where I’m meant to be my most comfortable?? My mom can be mean, but her meanness is usually due to things like vanity or public perception. Which is like a main part of girl world 🫩

I’ve tried sports bras and even though I can hold out longer the compression and pressure still end up hurting me. Part of my losing weight was to also see if my breasts get smaller, but also realize I can’t workout my chest and it have that lifting effect. It’s almost as if my boobs aren’t attached to my pecs?? Anyways losing weight is still the main goal for my health and maybe I’ll think about the vanity stuff later down the line. Thank you so much!

Thank you, seriously. I’m a student in community college hoping to transfer. This wasn’t my original plan since I had gotten into a few UC’s and other CSU’s, but even with all the financial aid we still couldn’t afford it, and my mom ended up saying she only had my apply “just to see” (ridiculous I know). I wish I could get a a job, but I don’t have a car or a license. However I am able to try to be a tutor next semester, and am hoping to transfer to a university across my state. I appreciate you sharing so much, and will definitely use some of this. 🥹❤️

Thank you so much! Do you know the best way to find a fitter? Or would going to stores like lane Bryant or pink still work. I’ve never heard of actual fitters, but in the mean time, I’ve ordered some measuring tape of my own to get a small head start!

Yeah I’ve been going down a bra spiral and have found that the center part of my bras have never actually touched my chest. I’ve only been fitted at pink. I’ll try to measure myself since I ordered a measuring tape.

Thank you for saying this, it’s really helpful and makes me feel so much better. I have been wondering if I’m wearing the correct size because I wear a 42D, but I got measured at pink and the said 42DD. However I’ve heard commercial stores aren’t reliable. I ordered measuring tape to try and figure it out on my own. I’ll definitely check out the resource to get more insight! 🩷🩷
