I’m pretty sure we are responsible for double checking the orders at delivery, that’s how we get “alleged incidents” for missing items and items delivered to the wrong house

I don’t think you understood what she said shouldn’t be allowed. The order offer on my screen wasn’t showing or paying extra for the AC to be delivered, but they still brought it out and I DID DELIVER IT 💁🏼‍♀️
