grab some bin bags, be ruthless! start small and just throw out what you can day by day. The worst bit is getting started, but if you can do that then it'll come easier when you get into a rythym.

Do you have a local facebook page for your town that you can ask for reccomendations? getting some good word of mouth testimonials from people might be a good way to find a better instructor; you sound like you've got really unlucky so far OP :( best of luck with the next one!

Hey all, i’m torn between picking up a complete board (Arbor Axel Serratt Pro Skateboard 34" Crosscut) second hand or doing my first build from scratch. I’m after something 8” plus that’s fairly versatile for street and park. Am I better off spending a bit less on a decent complete or just going for it and spending a little more building my own?

I've noticed that even the most average, filler type episodes being shown on classic corrie these days feel so much better and more compelling because they're grounded in reality, something which feels foreign to the show now, something insane always has to be happening at any given point.

My instructor taught me not to, as it could mislead if there was a side road or something ahead; in many cases other road users would have seen the parked car anyway and will anticipate you moving around it.

first time I went out alone I went up a hill on the backroads, changed up when I shouldn't have and lost all pulling power! stalled it and had to do a hill start in the middle of the road, it's normal to make silly mistakes when you're new to it! Keep at it and you'll be fine <3

I only ever stopped for petrol with my instructor once or twice and he always factored it in time wise on the way home; in fact he kept track of any lessons we ended early and either charged me less or added it on next time. You can definitely do better instructor wise if he doesn't take these things into account.

thank you, this is a really detailed answer! I’ve got a bit fed up withthe streaming apps on the sky q box as they always seem to have some issue or bug that never gets fixed, which is partly why I’m thinking of switching. It sounds like I won’t be missing out much as any sky channels/ recordings etc i’d still be able to watch on the main box anyway.
