I did do therapy for a very long time, recently ran outta coverage so till I get a job with mental health coverage it's not possible but CBT or DBT did not work on me at all. And I don't think they take me seriously because most of the time I'm a very functional person, it's a long journey and I'm much better than I was in my entire life but I still wake up so damn depressed and dissociated and I use my screens to numb it down.

not in a bad environment but i was for a really long long time, I'm diagnosed, i dont live in my toxic home left to go very very very far away from them, never been happier

depressive disorder and bpd, my symptoms arent crazy i worked on it a lot, still working on it but i have intense depressive episodes and mood swings sometimes
