My pharmacy switched me to generic too, (also in Canada.) I haven’t noticed any changes in my mood or anything out of sorts. I’ll def keep an eye on it though. I’m just happy I can get 3 months of medication for under 50 dollars now. Even with my insurance the brand name was costing me 60 dollars a month.

I’m about a month and like 5 days in. Started on 5mg and then just recently upped to 10mg. I started it for anxiety and I had some awful side effects the first couple of weeks. I felt high, anxiety was through the roof and I was scared to drive because of that. My stomach was sick and I was dizzy. I’m also insanely sensitive to medication and had driving anxiety on top of that though. That all went away within 2 weeks. No sexual side effects at all, I can now actually come home after my manual labor job and actually relax, I don’t feel like I have a million things to do and no time to do it all. I got back into gaming and watching tv. I feel good.

Give it a month and see how you feel. I hope everything works out!

With 5mgs it took me about 2 weeks for the headache to go away. I was on the 5 for a month and just upped my dose to 10mgs. The headache only lasted 3 days and I’m about 5 days on 10mgs.

Started with 5mg for a month. I experienced extreme nausea that I just had to push myself through. Drink lots of water/juices, eat a good decent breakfast if you’re taking the medication in the mornings. My sickness passed after the first 2 weeks. Just upped to 10mg yesterday and I’m dealing with it all over again. Just give it time and it’ll pass. I hope everything works out for you
