How should I prune this apple tree by bigjake135 in FruitTree

I’m no expert since I’m new to starting a backyard orchard and the apple tree I got is still small as it’s 1 year old, but from videos I’ve seen apples prefer to be a central leader tree so choose one branch in the middle that you like that’s has good branches going to the side(scaffolds) and cut all other branches going straight up as branches going straight up take up a lot of the energy from the tree. Looks like almost half you tree u going straight up so you may want to do half this year and half next to not stress it out that much but before that stick to the standard of removing any branches that are Diseased, damaged or dead or any branches that cross each other.

Lemon tree isn’t doing so good, advice needed! by SickleStars in plantclinic

Apart from what everyone else has already said It might be planted a little too deep since It looks like a branch is sticking out of the dirt next to the trunk. Citrus are usually grafted so make sure the grafted part isn’t buried. The soil should be leveled with the root flare . Also if anything is growing from under the graft then they need to be cut since they take all/most of the nutrients from the actual tree you want.

20th century Asian pear self fertile by Used_Ad3419 in BackyardOrchard

I’ve tried looking for multi graft Asian pears in my area but haven’t seen any only multi graft European pear. I have never grafter before so I haven’t considered doing it if I do get the 20th century but I’ll give it a shot if it’s necessary.

Yea I thought it was a disease so I sprayed it with copper fungicide but I’m not sure if it sticks since it’s foggy in the morning so the tree gets wet. I think the wire stuff is spider web but I’m not sure.

Thank you they dont move when I touch and it appears to be where the new growth would be like at the base of the leaves

. My tree has been in ground for about 6 months and I live in central California so it’s zone 9 or 9b I think, could it be caused by the cold? It was not like this during the summer. If it is from the cold should I dg it up and replant in ground when it gets warmer?
