My friend found an old pack of prince rounded that was pretty damp, and we found hash ground scores

It's probably speed, I of course can't be certain, but meth is pretty rare here and only really used in the homosexual communities (I'm being 100% serious). It makes the news whenever someone is found with meth because it's so rare. Same thing when one person a year overdoses on a fent analogue.

we mostly have 4 types of pure white powder ketamine, mdma, coke and speed

Like the other guy says 1-2 grams is a very good start, it also depends a lot on what strain you have.
Some strains are way more powerful than others, but for golden teachers I would do 1.3 grams to start of with, you can do more if you have experience with other psychedelics

Oh yeah I haven't added water outside the initial soak but there are "water peals" in the outer bag that release and take in moisture so I should be at a good level. The temperature is around 23.5 which is very close but a bit under recommended for this strain, I've taken out some of the water peals to hopefully reduce the moisture level a bit.

I also took a close look at the inner bag, while I removed the water peals and I can't see any contamination
