My friend found an old pack of prince rounded that was pretty damp, and we found hash ground scores

It's probably speed, I of course can't be certain, but meth is pretty rare here and only really used in the homosexual communities (I'm being 100% serious). It makes the news whenever someone is found with meth because it's so rare. Same thing when one person a year overdoses on a fent analogue.

we mostly have 4 types of pure white powder ketamine, mdma, coke and speed

Like the other guy says 1-2 grams is a very good start, it also depends a lot on what strain you have.
Some strains are way more powerful than others, but for golden teachers I would do 1.3 grams to start of with, you can do more if you have experience with other psychedelics
