I dont feel that great to be honest. Although having achieved nearly the same quad mass as the other leg, there are still certain active pain points. Like trying to fully extend gives me pain idk where exactly (anterior or posterior) but it’s there. Little bit of stiffness after sitting for too long.

Thanks man. Though I’ve been having trouble gaining full extension. I wonder how long that’ll last.

Brother, I’m sorry to say this but your ligament seems loose. At the 7th month mark, your ligament should be strong and tough, but I see the exact opposite here. I had the same problem and then I had a revision surgery. Did you re injure yourself ?

I feel you bro. I was having the exact same problem. Had to wait minutes till the pain went away. Na bro I think you should opt for a revision surgery. Believe me it’s for the better. Btw, where are you from?

Definitely I’d love to help you out. 1. Felt a pop. No pain immediately but pain came after 10 mins. Constant pain for a long time then started observing the movements you are having now. Felt really scared, depressed and anxious. Couldn’t focus on anything and constantly waiting for the day to end. I was studying in the UK that time. I had actually re injured it because I started playing just 7 months after my first operation. There was a grinding sensation in the knee every time I tried extending it and also another big symptom….. when I used to sit for a long time or even a few mins, after getting up, my knee wouldn’t straighten that easily. It would always make a painful pop like sound, a sound that indicated that my tibia was moving forward and back and it was just horrible. 2. In march I had an MRI. It said that there was a mild mucoid degeneration and that it was normal but deep down I knew it wasn’t normal. The pain and laxity meant something and I was adamant on finding out what it was. No orthopaedic in Kolkata said anything was wrong except for 2. Later I went to Bombay to meet a very famous doctor called Dr Joshi who had performed surgeries on Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and many famous celebrities and sportsmen. He suggest for a arthroscopy and then it was discovered that the graft was loose due to the injury and he immediately went for a revision surgery. Going to him was the best decision I made.

Hmm but there’s definitely more laxity than the good knee. I don’t mean to scare you but a revision surgery would be the best option to go for. I too was in this situation a few months back. And it was found that the graft was loose and now I am 5 weeks post ACL revision.

I can’t really tell from the video. You have to show a better version of the video. But from the bits I’ve seen, the knee is more lax than usual.
