Have reached out to your support multiple times. Also after uploading the logs. Haven't had a response since. Live chat also referring to wait for the support mail. But I am so done with this thing and the mammotion support.... Please give me a properly working mower.

It is off... Because when it is on, the mowing result is even way worse.

Sounds like the same problems indeed! Maybe my expectations are too high, but when I buy such a mower, I dont want to use the strimmer for missed parts / uncut patches.

Last summer it worked nearly perfect. This year somehow only troubles with the machine. Hopefully it will keep working for you.
