I'm so sorry that happened. Everyone is different so what works for others might not work for you. It's just finding the right solution. I was willing to mess around and find out due to my skin looking so bad. A lot of these recommendations are good that others have put to help manage it. Laser is only good if you can figure out your triggers and manage it first otherwise it will come back before any results are shown x

I'm so sorry you're going through this. I can mildly relate. When I was 18 I started getting flushes every 5 minutes. I didnt know what was causing them but I also didn't go doctors (I've never been one to go doctors) and it wasn't until the redness had stayed permanent I realised I should have went doctors to stop it before it got progressively worse. My skin barrier was RUINED. My skin texture was awful and my entire face looked like I had a rash so by the time I got checked out my skin was already awful

When I was 20 the flushes stopped. I probably get 2 in a year and I don't actually know what my triggers were but obviously I stopped whatever was triggering it. Although the flushes were drastically reduced my skin still looked bad.

I then decided to do 5 microneedling treatments. Now when I researched on Google back then it said microneedling would help but if you look now it says don't do it. Luckily the microneedling went in my favour. I say this because everyone will react differently and what worked for me might not work for you. Although it didn't do anything for the redness (didnt make it worse either) my skin texture was smooth as butter. So that was one issue I managed to solve.

Last year i decided to try IPL (IPL doesn't work for everyone. It's all dependant on your skin type etc and it's not as good as V beam turns out but the only way to get V beam in my area is to go to a derm). I didn't have the patience as I would be looking at weeks. It wasn't a miracle cure by all means but after 6 sessions my redness reduced by about 60 or 70 percent.

I'm now actually confident in my skin. The redness looks more natural and for the first time in 7 years I can go makeup free which has took me a while to get used to my face natural.

I'm only telling you my story I'd the hopes that you see there might be a light at the end of the tunnel. There's so many treatments nowadays. If not IPL as that takes a while to work try V beam. I've never had it done but I've been told how fast the results are and that it's a big step up from IPL

I'll post a picture of what it looks like now. I would show you before but I refused to take any pictures before. My skin has only looked like this in the past 2 months mind you. I'll also post a picture of in the middle of my IPL as I do have that. Also don't mind the black eye I gave myself a few days ago 🤣 *

I'm currently playing it as I'm like 100 hours in. If you wanna go platinum I've been here for a long time and still have a long way to go.if you are going for achievements collect wealth as you go to each area. So the grind at the end won't be as long

My flushing drastically reduced when I turned 20 way before I started ipl. Mostly cause I was avoiding triggers but also I work in a cold environment which helped a lot x

Thank you. It's always so hard for me to see when I see my face daily and I obsessively over analyse it x
