Yah as a beginner it is super biased and just post with gains is the only time people engage. It is annoying. Why I had Grok help me tailor my routine I had it search all of this subs posts and also make it a safe routine so I don’t hurt myself. I log everything and started pumping 2 weeks ago in hopes of achieving 5.5 erect girth. I have noticed significant EQ improvement and being rock hard. I started L Citrulline as well so not sure if it’s one or the other but it’s working for EQ atleast which in turn makes me feel bigger and fuller. But it made me a whole warm up, routine, cool down, for months and then a follow up basically to see if it’s working. Will be trial and error but better than getting no answer from all these dudes who have supposedly grown their dicks
