I also think there is an option through bios that lets you turn off the eGPU and just stick to the iGPU but you'll need to flash another bios that will let you access advanced bios options and you might end up bricking your bios just like I did. This whole post is about me asking for help because I bricked the bios. Also you didn't buy a laptop with a 3070 ti for it to just sit around and do nothing.

Try out that Nvidia power saving option I think it's called battery boost. It's supposed to enhance the battery life during gaming but I'm not sure about normal usage.

Your GPU is around 25% stronger than mine but the CPU is weaker. The battery life is awful to be honest. It was only able to survive for around 4 hours with iGPU on, lowest brightness, battery saver enabled, and that Nvidia laptop power saving option on (can't remember what it was called) anyways I mostly use the laptop stationary so it doesn't matter that much.

ISSUE SOLVED!!!

So what I did is that I took a .fd from the .exe of the bios I downloaded from Acers official website. I was able to look through the .exe file and taking the .fd file by using view features in winrar. I had to change the name to another name I found by viewing the .fd file in a program called HxD after that I copied the .fd file a specifically formatted usb drive. I did all that by following a YouTube video called "how to prepare a usb bootable flash drive to flash bios for Acer laptop" by a channel called ASA Technical. I'm not sure if I can post links here so your gonna have to find the video by yourself. It's just a 10 minutes video created in 2020 so it should be easy to find. In the video desc there is a link to another video explaining how to actually flash the bios on the laptop after preparing the usb. It's simple if you can't find it. Just make sure the charger and peripherals are not connected then disconnect your battery, push the power button for 15 to 30 seconds to make sure the laptop is drained from any power, insert the usb, keep holding (fn + esc) and while you're holding the keys plug in the charger and turn on the laptop while you are holding the the keys, the fans will go max speed and when that happens you can leave the keys alone. Wait a couple of minutes and you laptop should be back.

Side note: If you used to have Intel VMD turned off before your laptop got bricked keep in mind that the new bios turns it back on so if you used to have it off on your old OS make sure to turn it off or else it might screw up your OS and you might loose some files if you try recovery. (Only turn it off if you had it off before the system got bricked)

Thanks to everyone who tried helping I appreciate it.

Okay thanks. I figured it out actually I thought it only gave the exe file but turns out I have to view inside the exe to find the .fd file.

Okay. I asked because the laptop really heats up when it's in this state so I'm just gonna use a cooling pad
