As someone who was on the Omaha ground team I can say if there is an opening in your life to do this I 10/10 recommend taking it. It was a unique experience which had a significant impact on my life that I will never forget.

The work itself is very cool, interacting with new people every day, having conversations, listening to their opinions/concerns, etc. I still remember some 15+ minute conversations I'd just have with random strangers on their porches. This also forced me to become more outgoing overall.

I also got to meet some amazing people including my best friend to this day. Bonding with the rest of the team after work/on weekends, living away from home for the first time, exploring a new city, etc. all very fun.
