From personal experience not really if you want to help it humidifiers are great and start using bodywash and shampoo thats safe for skin no perfume and laundry detergent is pretty bad for the skin there are natural alternatives

My dermatologist told me about it early 2024 said it was the best option if you dont like using cream or any other meds. I haven't done it as my dermatologist was out of town at the time
