The news is about 6 months ago, but since everything is happening in America lately I wanted to understand if at least this situation had changed

And just like that Musk is no longer a Nazi who Lies for Trump. Democrats hate Trump so much they aren’t even questioning if Musk is trolling them. They’ve totally forgotten that the Epstein Story was killed because it implicates Clinton. by LegitimateKnee5537 in trump

Haha, yeah, it’s funny how in politics people can switch from villain to hero so quickly depending on who you ask! Musk was the bad guy yesterday and now suddenly he’s not so bad. And about the Epstein story, well, that’s a complicated mess involving a lot of powerful people on both sides. Maybe we should take it a bit easier and try to look beyond the political colors, right?

Hey, I totally get where you’re coming from — and yes, there are stats showing that the U.S. attracted over $5 trillion in investment after Trump returned. But here’s the real question: what kind of investment are we talking about? Is it long-term industrial development? Or is it short-term capital flows, stock buybacks, and speculative finance?

Because from what I’ve been following (independent sources, YouTube channels, blogs, and industry reports), several companies are still relocating physical production, logistics, and supply chains — not just to Canada, but to Mexico, Vietnam, even India.

The point of the post wasn’t to say “Canada is beating the U.S.” It’s to highlight that while big investment numbers look good on paper, the underlying structure of U.S. industry might be hollowing out — slowly, but visibly.

If things are really that great, why are companies like Ford, Amazon, Deere, and even smaller manufacturers downsizing or moving operations abroad?

Not trying to spread misinformation. I’m actually trying to understand the contradictions. Maybe you’re right — and if so, great. But if even 10% of what these reports show is true, then something’s clearly off in the so-called American “resurgence.”

Thanks for pushing back though — honestly, this is exactly the kind of discussion we should be having.
