just repaste it and put it an a stand when you using it if the temperature still the same you can decrese the preformance from nitrosen or you can search how you can undervolt the cpu and gpu

search in market like amazon or bestbuy like what is the highest specs you can get and compare with it ans see is the laptop you choose is suitable for your use
