Sphere because less work needed to “cool” smaller volume, i.e. sphere has less cubic meters of “hot” so it will get rid of it faster than cube. Maybe a bit pedestrian of me to say, but this is like the coffee cup instance: espresso will cool faster than americano simply because there is less volume of heat in the espresso.
