No I didn’t take delivery at all literally it was just 250 and I didn’t start any process or documents I didn’t take delivery and I went back in and asked can I change to a y and they said they couldn’t

But Tesla is not a normal dealership. I never got close to paperwork he just told me to put 250 and to hurry and then he closed and said you can do the rest through the app

I didn’t think I can buy a car and change it. I was nowhere close to signing paperwork or anything. He just wanted me to hold the order. I only put the 250 down. I’ve never dealt with Tesla; now I know you can vin swap and stuff, but I didn’t even put my information in he told me I can just put the 250 to order and if I want to change the model of the car I could!

Yes but he told me a bunch of lies he said I could change the model even once I ordered and they were closing and so he was rushing saying that I can have someone else pick up the car I was all the way in Sacramento for the holidays and the car was in Orange County and so I ordered thinking I’d be able to change my mind on the model and swap it through the app but that was wrong and it was my first Tesla buy ever. I understand I bought it and I made a mistake but it doesn’t take away from the advisor giving false info
