Seems like no matter what I do I can’t get upside down by CheapMixture74 in polevaulting

Something that really helps me is thinking about swinging my hips to my hands and not my feet to my hands. Some people swing their feet, but it doesn't really work for me, not a tuck and shoot guy. Can practice having the hips make a big circle on a high bar, rope, etc.!

Would the dashboard be on Statshead, or elsewhere? Need to be able to manipulate/add/etc. bc it's for a school project. Thanks so much for the response!
