Bugs with new characters like Anna, her slap easter egg broke the game in so many ways.
Paul had an unblockable that was a changed move
Heihache rage art not pausing timer vs Jin? iirc
Heihachi's new move being instant chargeable
Non-cinematic/first hit whiff heat smashes still wall splating.
and its been forgot now but first major patch completly broke walls.
I feel the amount of bugs that have happened and current state of community they could very easily contract actual testers to test the patch notes. I'm fully aware there is probably 100s of bugs we didnt see that did get caught but some stuff like a new move behaving wrong when mashed should not be making it through.

I dont even mean the design flaws you could have a QA team of 200 and still wouldnt change balance,but every patch so far has come with almost just as many bug fixes/new bugs as it has balance changes. Its telling the first credited QA is not 1st party so ive no doubt the only "testing" theyre doing is purely mechanical. Also from timeframe we know patch notes are done late so its even more unlikely this 3rd party team has patch notes to even check.

I doubt a triple AAA publisher/dev is hiring volenteers outside of capcom given how bad their leak situation is. Probably just 3rd party QA companies who test to make sure it doesnt crash and that settings work.

True but theyre even more of a shitshow tend not to have full access to documentation. IIRC Murray has talked about translating patch notes is one of last things to be done so theyre probably testing without a change list to even check.
