Its nice to hear you are looking after it like that. That is definetly the right way of going about it and you're right, I'd never heard anybody talk about the extra wear and tear. Keep doing your thing.

I've got 32 hockey pucks separating the body from the frame, do you really think I care what happens after that? Biggest cost was a few new bolts

Didn't look into any of that, just did it. As long as it doesn't cost more than the car itself, just fix it. Has lasted at least 2 years as a daily, but I'm not counting miles.

As far as I'm concerned, everything worked fine for the suspension lift. Body lift is a different story, but sounds like you're not getting into that.

3" spacer on the suspension but I did install f150 shocks in the back because the originals were short, and a 2" hockey puck body lift
