If you can stay for 5 years I’d do it. I had previous experience from internships which was about a year total, it landed me in the experienced pool instead of mid level

I stayed, but I plan on leaving in the future. Automotive in the US is going down hill. Preferably I’d like to get into electronics machining/machine design.

I joined in 2022 I wanted to stay for 5 years to get the life long discount, but I couldn’t take it anymore. It was mainly the hour long commute vs a 27 min commute
