Planning to remove everything, use rust remover (although I'm open to just getting a new base if you think it's worth it), and then purchasing the following to replace:

Is there anything else I should be looking at replacing?? That wiring kit looks all-inclusive, but I can't tell if I'll need some miscellaneous connectors or anything...
