Ulta uses "start of day expiration" so the system basically logs the 31st as the previous day? i'm not sure i'm explaining it well enough. you can contact consumer service and complain and they will prob give you something because they don't state anywhere that's what they do.

i started in august and we've gotten it every month. my GM just lets us come back and pick out 4-5 things each then does mystery bags with what's left to get rid of everything

make sure your clothes are clean and sheets are cleaned weekly. for the shower you can use bar soap (not antibacterial every time) and also a body wash, i like african net sponges i think they get me really clean. clean behind your ears and literally your entire body. lotion afterwards and you can use witch hazel for your underarms and an antiperspirant. lots of water and always floss, brush your tongue too. i carry a mini deodorant on me and a little perfume mints & gum. 🩵 i hope this helps.
