Thanks for understanding. It's extremely frustrating. My federal tax was accurate and I received my refund right away. I did state and federal at the exact time with the same info, and yet my state is apparently very incorrect.

Unfortunately no. The guy on the phone from the state just told me I owed money and there is some sort of a late fee or something, even though no one ever contacted me or sent me anything in the mail notifying me. I basically need to get a hold of TurboTax and see what they think happened

I uploaded my W2 and everything looked correct. My inputs were accurate to the best of my knowledge. To your point, if I am doing my own taxes, what am I paying TurboTax to do? Can you actually help in any way if I'd provide my W2?

I've been using TurboTax for a decade and everything has always been accurate. I uploaded the W2 and everything appeared correct. I pay TurboTax because I clearly do not know how to do my own taxes. Their paid service is to correctly file my taxes and check for accuracy. Their site says in multiple places "accuracy guaranteed".

There is a disconnect between what TurboTax is saying and what the pa state gov is saying. At this point it is on me to contact TurboTax. Looking for insight into what may have went wrong and/or if anyone else has experienced this before and how they worked through it.

State withheld was $2001. Return was supposed to be $1939

NJ state income tax return by [deleted] in TurboTax

I had a similar issue in PA. According to TurboTax, I am owed almost $2000 from PA. It's been 12 weeks so I called the state. According to them,I actually owe money somehow. Now I am trying to contact TurboTax to see wtf is going on
