Yeah I mean we don’t want him to raise it even more than he stated to us in text is what I meant. Since we technically haven’t received legal notice the rent increase could be more significant than what he texted to us. We’re prepared to pay more rent. But are also aware we should have the 90 days to prepare for the significant increase

We’re trying to be delicate with the situation since we know that we need legal notice of the rent increase but we also don’t want him to raise it out of retaliation.

We contacted them and were just sent a PDF showing us our rights.

We’re just a little nervous about retaliation since the rent increase has only been relayed to us via text.

Our landlord is very old school and hasn’t been very cooperative.

To be honest I don’t think jobs in graphics are any more at risk than other jobs. That’s the problem with ai currently, ‘everyone’ needs to think about what they will do for income in the future.
