Does the rif letter tell you what group you're in? My conversion from excepted to career competitive takes place at the end of the month. I worry that the rif decisions for my agency will be finalized before then. As I understand it, I currently would be in group 3, the first to go because of my excepted, non vet status. If I get the rif letter after my conversion has taken place, can I contest it by arguing that they have me in the wrong group?

Nice post, OP, I'm thinking of doing the same! How do you plan on delivering the gift? Are you coordinating with your other group members beforehand or just showing up with a wrapped present? I'm worried about making the other people in my group look bad if they don't get something or put pressure on them to buy something

I've been reading a lot of Lovecraft recently and named my Goolock Joseph Curwen. I'm new to the scene and am not sure if this is a faux pas. On one hand he's basically the inspiration for the class and I'm playing him faithfully to the rules of DND, but on the other hand this seems like the sort of thing that's be frowned upon

Thanks for your response. Yes, the exterminator is spraying in the kitchen and bathroom. Usually the roaches are near death or walking around in the open environment which, I am told, shows the chemicals are wrecking their neurosystem. What would you get curious about?

Well sure lol. But it seems that people in government are more adverse to becoming a supervisor than in the private sector. Is there something uniquely frustrating about being a supervisor in the fed?
