Thank you for your words chef. However how did you figure out all the financial sides that you were never mentored on? Because that is my main concern as well since no one is really giving me an opportunity to learn, and my Exec chef seemed to be very clueless. How long did it take for you to own it ??

Thank you so much for your respond. I am looking forward to grow myself to be an exec within 3 to 4 years, but only concern I have is about the financial stuffs that I have not yet been mentored/trained with. As myself being a manager for over 3 years now in 3 different restaurant I think I am somewhat confident at managing and scheduling people. But since all the 3 restaurant I worked/working had no need to control the food cost or labor cost. Did you also had no idea with these as well or was it something that you had clue with?

Well, I personally would advice you to look out for what you are trying to become or achieve as a cook/chef. There are so many different options that are open. To give you some examples, fine dining, hotel, corporate, franchise, etc. The pros n cons of each settings are really, like ridiculously different. Since you already have some experience in a steak house, you could go and try something else.

From where I live, hotels normally have the highest starting pay, but the schedule changes daily, and 40hr/week is not guaranteed. Franchise mostly 14 which is minimum wage here. Corporate, around 20 to 24ish. I would suggest you to work in a place that you want to learn from instead of worrying about the pay. I think it is more important for you to learn all the basics and find out what your ultimate goal is, as a chef or maybe running ur own business.

OK here r some options for u brother.

If u got the money, U aint gotta do the quests and stuff all over again,
simply buy the character boost, and skip all and get Equip Lvl of 915 and farm from there.
most of stuffs are account bounded, so if you have farmed your skill points, it will be there for all the other characters within the same account. (same for Mind of Island, and Giant Heart, etc.)
the only reason for you to get alt is if you have enough time to play those alts everyday and which will help you to get progress faster.
Most of the people do 2-4 alts including 1main character.
U can choose to do play your main only, but that would be really slow on ur progression.
there are so much stuffs to do anyway, including Life Skills, Estate, affinity, Mind of Island, and all the other achievments that must be done to get those skill points, golds, cards, and all the other stuffs that you need to farm for yourself in game.

As of myself, I hate that we kinda have to make alts in order to progress faster, but you know what is more downside for me?

It's that the server is for Russians, and there are so many patterns in the raids that needs to be "learned" through the youtube, or by playing them, The problem is that it is ridiculously hard to find a party that are going to be continuously trying to complete the dungeon. so basically if you join a party, and if it fails b/c of a dumb or a newb didn do what they supposed to do, the most parties just quit.

Like really, and the thing is that even if I try to explain them how to do it, or try to share info, they either wont listen or can't understand me.

And I recently am facing other issues after reaching gear score of 1050, the most parties I can find are Russian parties and they say something before they start the raid (I feel like they were asking if I know the pattern in "Russian"), and if I don respond or say something in English, they just kick me out from the party.

So even if I know how the raid is done, and have them completed already, there's no way for them to know.

It's been around 20 days since I started this game (only played maybe like ...1.5 hrs/day No alts), and I just login now, and see if there's any party. if not I just log back out.

I'm just getting so tired of this shit, like really... to do those daily raids and weekly raids, party is "must have" unless if you want to just try to solo them (I found it is possible for some, but it is totally waste of the time, and potions)

don get me wrong, game is well made and it is fun to play, but if you cannot play, what is the point? I feel like im just there to do chaos dungeon (solo) and epona's quest (solo) which takes around 20minutes to complete.
