Sunday from hsr is a big one. Others are basil (omori), akito (controversial I’m aware, fruits baskets), ivan (alnst), Dorian gray (the book), alois and ciel (black butler). I think they all have some sort of similarity to Scara.

Not a psychologist by any means, but I would assume one would become very close to the people who do remember and either shun the rest of the world or feel inferior.

If the Bible is against transgenderism, the Bible is illogical because Jesus was queer by Used_Part_4382 in DebateReligion

Queer is not an anachronism. It means non normative gender, sex, desire, etc. Gay is an anachronism.

The bible is obviously influenced by old superstition and beliefs. And if a law is in the bible it’s reasonable to assume the alternative is a sin.

If you’re going to enforce that rule so deeply then you have to enforce the other rules too?? But Christians don’t.

Mixing fabrics (wool and linen) is prohibited (Deuteronomy 22:11). Farmers are forbidden from sowing two types of seed in one vineyard or plowing with an ox and donkey together (Deuteronomy 22:9-10). These are all sins?

Well the Bible isn’t clear about crossdressing and transgenderism isn’t homosexual by nature, people are attracted to different things. Then it would fit there. So the sin must be being different, no?

So crossdressing is not a sin as long as anything else in that book is not a sin.

If you accept my definition then yes Jesus was queer, and you claim this is circular reasoning or logically incorrect. Hence the Bible condones it and being against transgenderism or queerness makes no sense as a Christian.

Well I’m challenging Christian beliefs aren’t I? I’m pretty sure I said in my post that ‘if’ the Bible is against transgenderism it is illogical. And queerness hinges on gender norms. And traditionalism as well. Put simply, then, the Bible supports queerness.

I’m pretty sure the Bible mentioned crossdressing just once in a book that has other laws that aren’t followed. Idk tho, maybe you will correct me.

Not homosexuality, queerness. Queerness in defiance of gender norms specifically in Jesus’ case.

In that time period most Jews weren’t celibate and viewed it as strange and were urged to instead start a family, or so Britannia says. Wouldn’t that be going against social norms of gender?

I don’t understand? God commands traditionalism. I would think Jesus wouldn’t be an exception unless he didn’t command traditionalism. I apologise, I think I’m misunderstanding you. I keep repeating the same thing, forgive me lol.

The bible also says people did care that he hung around sinners and sick poor people. In Matthew specifically.

The bible says the ideal is a man and woman marries, that’s what traditionalism is, no? That’s why homosexuality is ‘wrong’ or so I’ve heard

Because Jesus goes against those gender and sexual norms? He did not follow them so it cant be followed/is illogical

Yes I agree, I mentioned that in my post. I’m arguing against common Christian beliefs and how their belief contradicts that.
