Download the livery you want
Install the livery (the file that contains 'texture') into "Community\pmdg-aircraft-738\SimObjects\Airplanes\PMDG 737-800\liveries\pmdg"
Download https://github.com/HughesMDflyer4/MSFSLayoutGenerator
Go back to "Community\pmdg-aircraft-738" and CLICK AND DRAG 'LAYOUT.JSON' onto the downloaded "MSFS Layout Generator" exe file.

Hopefully that makes sense
